There is No God Before or Beside The Lord Our God

There is none like You, O LORD;
You are great, and great is Your mighty and powerful name.
Who would not fear You, O King of the nations?
For it is appropriate and it is Your due!
For among all the wise men of the nations
And in all their kingdoms,
There is none like You
But the LORD is the true God and the God who is Truth;
He is the living God and the everlasting King.
The earth quakes and shudders at His wrath,
And the nations are not able to endure His indignation. (Jeremiah 10:6-7,10) You shall have no other gods before Me. (Exodus 20:3)
“Away from Me, Satan!” Jesus told him. For it is written: Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only. (Matthew 4:10)
No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stand devotedly by the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and mammon [that is, your earthly possessions or anything else you trust in and rely on instead of God]. (Luke 16:13)
If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. (John 12:26) Then you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between the one who serves God and the one who does not serve Him. (Micah 3:18) Therefore the wicked will not stand [unpunished] in the judgment, Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. For the LORD knows and fully approves the way of the righteous, But the way of the wicked shall perish. (Psalm 1:5-6)
So it will be at the end of the age; the angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous. (Matthew 13:49)
But when the Son of Man comes in His glory and majesty and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.
All the nations will be gathered before Him [for judgment]; and He will separate them from one another, as a shepherd separates his sheep from the goats. (Matthew 25:31-32)
But God led His own people forward like sheep And guided them in the wilderness like [a good shepherd with] a flock. (Psalm 78:52)
And with a pillar of cloud You led them by day, And with a pillar of fire by night To light the way for them In which they were to go. (Nehemiah 9:12)
The sheep that are My own hear My voice and listen to Me; I know them, and they follow Me. (John 10:27) For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice. (Psalm 95:7)
Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. (Psalm 100:3)
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive his due for the things done in the body, whether good or bad. (2 Corinthians 5:10) Then Joshua said to the people, You will not be able to serve the LORD [if you serve any other gods], for He is a holy God; He is a jealous God [demanding what is rightfully and uniquely His]. He will not forgive your transgression [of His law] or your sins. (Joshua 24:19) Yet they were disobedient and rebelled against You, And cast Your law behind their backs And killed Your prophets who warned them To return to You; And they committed great [and contemptible] blasphemies. (Nehemiah 9:26)
The LORD, the God of their fathers, sent word to them again and again by His messengers, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place.
But they kept ridiculing God’s messengers, despising his words, and scoffing at his prophets, until the LORD’s wrath was so stirred up against his people that there was no remedy. (1 Chronicles 36:15-16)
You stiff-necked and stubborn people, uncircumcised in heart and ears, you are always actively resisting the Holy Spirit. You are doing just as your fathers did.
Which one of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? They killed those who proclaimed beforehand the coming of the Righteous One, whose betrayers and murderers you have now become. (Acts 7:51-51)
