Focus Forward

How blessed and favored by God are those whose way is blameless [those with personal integrity, the upright, the guileless],

Who walk in the law [and who are guided by the precepts and revealed will] of the LORD.

Blessed and favored by God are those who keep His testimonies,

And who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart.

They do no unrighteousness;

They walk in His ways.

You have ordained Your precepts,

That we should follow them with [careful] diligence. How can a young man keep his way pure?

By keeping watch [on himself] according to Your word [conforming his life to Your precepts]. ( Psalm 119:1-4,9)

I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good as long as they live I know that whatever God does, it endures forever; nothing can be added to it nor can anything be taken from it, for God does it so that men will fear and worship Him [with awe-filled reverence, knowing that He is God]. That which it has already been, and that which will be has already been, for God seeks what has passed by [so that history repeats itself]. (Ecclesiastes 3:12,14-15) Do not worry because of evildoers,

Nor be envious toward wrongdoers;

For they will wither quickly like the grass,

And fade like the green herb. Trust (rely on and have confidence) in the Lord and do good; maintain your integrity and be fed (securely) on His faithfulness.

Delight yourself in the LORD, And He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart.

Commit your way to the LORD;

Trust in Him also and He will do it.

He will make your righteousness [your pursuit of right standing with God] like the light,

And your judgment like [the shining of] the noonday [sun]. (Psalm 37: 1-6) Speak, think and act as your victory is already won. Do your part and watch God do His part. Whatever you feed will succeed, whatever you focus on will expand, whatever you put your time and energy on multiples. Focus your time and energy on that which you desire to grow. Focusing on what you want even when the exact opposite is all around you. For we walk by means of faith, and not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7) This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us exult and rejoice in. (Psalm 118:24) We always have 3 choices in life; give up, give in or give it our all. Say to yourself I'ma give it my all. This is why we walk by faith. Ascribe to the LORD, O families of the peoples,

Ascribe to the LORD glory and honor and strength.

Ascribe to the LORD the glory and honor due His name;

Bring an offering [of thanksgiving], and come before Him;

Worship the LORD in the splendor of holiness.

Tremble [reverently] before Him, all the earth;

The world is firmly established, it will not be moved.

Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice;

And let them say among the nations, “The LORD reigns." (1 Chronicles 16:28-31)
