I rejoice at thy word as one that findeth great soil.

Hungry and thirsty, They fainted.Then in their trouble they called to the LORD, and he saved them from their distress.

He led them by the straight way, To an inhabited city [where they could establish their homes].

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his gracious love and his awesome deeds for mankind.

He gave plenty to drink to those who were thirsty. He filled those who were hungry with good food.

The LORD will accomplish that which concerns me; Your [unwavering] lovingkindness, O LORD, endures forever— Do not abandon the works of Your own hands. A Psalm of David. O LORD, you have searched me [thoroughly] and have known me.

You know when I sit down and when I rise up [my entire life, everything I do]; You understand my thought from afar.

You observe my path and my lying down, And You are intimately acquainted with all my ways.

Even before there is a word on my tongue [still unspoken], Behold, O LORD, You know it all.
