Strength of Wisdom

Through Him, therefore, let us at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name. (Hebrews 13:15) Giving thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. When we speak we offer up praise to God, both in what we say and how we say it. A man’s stomach will be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth;

He will be satisfied with the consequence of his words.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue,

And those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words. (Proverbs 18:20-21)

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control…” Those who are in Christ are distinguished from unbelievers in that they have been gifted with the Holy Spirit, enabling them to bear fruit. (Galatians 5:22) Fruits grown and cultivated as an product of maturity and spiritual experience with God.

There's a difference between gifts and calling. The gift gives you the ability, the calling gives you the identity. You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name [as My representative] He may give to you. (John 15:16) So we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making His appeal through us; we [as Christ’s representatives] plead with you on behalf of Christ to be reconciled to God. (2Corinthians 5:20)

But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also. (Matthew 6:33) Daily seeking Jesus, reading His word, loving others as Jesus did, and trusting He will care for your needs. Now may the God of peace [the source of serenity and spiritual well-being] who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood that sealed and ratified the eternal covenant, equip you with every good thing to carry out His will and strengthen you [making you complete and perfect as you ought to be], accomplishing in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen (Hebrews 13:20-21)
