True, Godly love in a person's life is a sign of being born again. Those who truly love God will act on that love, towards other people. Those who don't demonstrate love have no fellowship with God. Love is something God showed us first, by sending Christ.

The very nature of God is love.

Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. (1 John 4:8)

We must keep loving each other, using God's gifts to serve each other with God's power in and through us, so all the glory goes to Him. Honesty and faithfulness in the midst of suffering are the hallmarks of prophetic ministry.

And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.

To be “a living sacrifice” is to be fully at God's disposal—to be available and willing to obey God in whatever he asks or commands. (Ephesians 5:2) I will save you from the hands of the wicked and deliver you from the grasp of the cruel. I will save you from the hands of the wicked and deliver you from the grasp of the cruel.

“So I will rescue you out of the hand of the wicked, And I will redeem you from the [grasping] palm of the terrible and ruthless [tyrant]." ( Jeremiah 15:21) The God of steadfast love and faithfulness is also the God of judgment who visits wrath upon the guilty.
