This is my relationship, trusting God and not needing to fear anything in this world. Christ is my health, my strength, my rock, my redeemer, my source, my supply, and the stronghold of my life. Resting in the Lord and trusting our lives into His hands, gaining hope and strength in Him alone.

Blessed [with spiritual security] is the man who believes and trusts in and relies on the LORD

And whose hope and confident expectation is the LORD.

For he will be [nourished] like a tree planted by the waters,

That spreads out its roots by the river;

And will not fear the heat when it comes;

But its leaves will be green and moist.

And it will not be anxious and concerned in a year of drought

Nor stop bearing fruit. (Jeremiah 17:7)

Cursed is the man who trusts in human beings,

who makes flesh his strength. Blessed is the man trusting God, believing in His reliability, His word, His ability and His strength. Because we trust in God, our minds will be stayed on Him. Keeping our minds stayed on Him, develops trust, greater trust, keeping our mind stayed on Him. You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character], Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].

Trust [confidently] in the LORD forever [He is your fortress, your shield, your banner], For the LORD GOD is an everlasting Rock [the Rock of Ages]. (Isaiah 26:3-4)

The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and the One who rescues me; My God, my rock and strength in whom I trust and take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower—my stronghold. ( Psalm 18:2) God is our rock we can stand on. As we walk day to day. God is our strength, support, defence, our fortress and our deliverer.
