Spiritual blindness leads to all evil. All forms of uncleanliness such as idolatry, adultery, fornication, lying, stealing, greed, backbiting, bearing false witness, are the results of spiritual blindness.

Jesus calls out to those who are spiritually blind; who have been living in darkness all their lives. He calls them to come to him for healing. Some are happy to live in the darkness and ignore his call. But to all who respond to his call, he gives spiritual sight. Spiritual healing from sin's darkness, a blind man's physical healing led to seeing the truth of Jesus, giving spiritual sight, and removing sin. Jesus said to him, “Go; your faith [and confident trust in My power] has made you well.” Immediately he regained his sight and began following Jesus on the road. (Mark 10:52). We find the plan for our happiness, our redemption, and our salvation—a divine blueprint that includes faith in Christ, repentance, baptism, keeping God's commandments, receiving the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.

Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life.” (John14:6) Everything that you are looking for can be found in him. All of your questions can be answered by him. Don't look to the world for the answers you seek. Turn to him while he may be found. Whatever it takes, turn to God while you still have an opportunity.

The call to follow Jesus is a call to forsake everyone and everything other than Him.

Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts.

Seeking the LORD while he may be found means coming to Him fully through the way Jesus made on the cross, and being filled by the Holy Spirit, which allows us the capability to experience and understand God on a supernatural level. (Isaiah 55:6) I assure you and most solemnly say to you, I am the Door for the sheep [leading to life]. (John 10:7) “I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life." (John 8:12)

Jesus replied to them, “I am the Bread of Life. The one who comes to Me will never be hungry, and the one who believes in Me [as Savior] will never be thirsty [for that one will be sustained spiritually]. (John 6:35)
