Psalm 91 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand].
I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress,
My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!” He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High, describes the choice made by one to put their trust in the Lord, the Most High. It makes sense to trust the Most High; there is no higher authority or power than the Most High.
This entire chapter of Psalm 91 is filled with the goodness and power of God. Great reminders that He faithfully works on behalf of those who love Him. 1corinthans 2:9
But just as it is written [in Scripture], “THINGS WHICH THE EYE HAS NOT SEEN AND THE EAR HAS NOT HEARD, AND WHICH HAVE NOT ENTERED THE HEART OF MAN, ALL THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, who obey Him, and who gratefully recognize the benefits that He has bestowed].”
Focus all your attention on God, His ways, His thoughts, His desires because you know His design for you is better than your heart can even imagine. What He has prepared for you is greater than what your eyes see and your ears heard.
But the things that God has prepared for those who love him, in their beauty, blessedness, fullness, sweetness, grace, and glory, have never entered into the natural heart of man.
The Lord promises to be with him in secret place. In the secret place, God can reveal things to us that will impact our visible life. Furthermore, we are spiritually nourished as we relate deeply to God in prayer and through His Word. God's Word is the only place we find security and protection because it is the only source of truth.
He reminds us we are not alone, even in the midst of problems or challenge, he will not let us alone. As a psalm of protection, it is commonly invoked in times of hardship; when life is draining and there seems to be no time or place to rest. This book of Psalm is reassuring, comforting and encouraging. Cultivate an intimate relationship with God, sharing your thoughts, fears, and desires with Him, and drawing strength from His presence. God is always surrounding you. In His presence all good is yours. Father, thank you for Your presence with us today. You are Elohim – You are full of incredible power and might. Thank you that You are with us and that when we dwell in Your shelter, we will find rest. You alone are our refuge and strength and we put our trust in You. Live in the presence of God, God is always surrounding you, he is everywhere to be with you and protect you. The "shelter" is given to us, His believers from a storm, enemy or anything that can harm us. And we can rest in the"shadow" of God.
For I,’ declares the LORD, ‘will be a wall of fire around thee [protecting thee from enemies], and I will be the glory in the midst of thee. In the Bible, Zechariah was a prophet who devoted his life to spreading the word of God. You are of God and you belong to Him and have [already] overcome them [the agents of the antichrist]; because He who is in you is greater than he (Satan) who is in the world [of sinful mankind.]

1 John 4:4
The Holy Spirit living in the in you is far stronger than any attack by the Devil. This encouragement should empower believers not to fear Satan, but rather trust the Lord and obey His commands. By doing so, we can overcome the powers of darkness and walk with boldness in this life.
