Unfailing Faithfulness

You shall walk after the LORD your God and you shall fear [and worship] Him [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect], and you shall keep His commandments and you shall listen to His voice, and you shall serve Him, and cling to Him. (Deuteronomy 13:4)

But you are to cling to the LORD your God, just as you have done to this day. (Joshua 23:8)

My soul [my life, my very self] clings to You; Your right hand upholds me. (Psalm 63:8) What does the LORD your God require from you, but to fear [and worship] the LORD your God [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect], to walk [that is, to live each and every day] in all His ways and to love Him, and to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul [your choices, your thoughts, your whole being]. (Deuteronomy 10:12)

“If you [really] love Me, you will keep and obey My commandments." (John 14:15)

I said, "LORD God of heaven, great and awe-inspiring God, you faithfully keep your promise and show mercy to those who love you and obey your commandments." (Nehemiah 1:5) Keep in mind that the LORD your God is [the only] God. He is a faithful God, who keeps his promise and is merciful to thousands of generations of those who love him and obey his commands. (Deuteronomy 7:9)

Because your mercy is as high as the heavens. Your truth reaches the skies. (Psalm 57:10) And truth have met. Righteousness and peace have kissed. (Psalm 85:10) It is the mercies of the Lord, that he has not failed me, because his compassions are not exhausted. Because His [tender] compassions never fail.

They are renewed each morning— great is your faithfulness.

(Lamentation 3:22-23)

It is good to announce your mercy in the morning and your faithfulness in the evening. (Psalm 92:2) The LORD is good. His mercy endures forever. His faithfulness endures throughout every generation. (Psalm 100:5) I will sing of thy mercies, O Lord, for ever: I will declare thy truth with my mouth to all generations. (Psalm 89:1)
