For your gracious love precedes me, and I continuously walk according to your truth. (Psalm 26:3)

I have chosen a life of faithfulness,

I have chosen the way of truth, Thine ordinances have I set [before me]. (Psalm 119:30)

Hear, my son, and receive my words; and the years of thy life shall be increased, that the resources of thy life may be many.

I have taught you wisdom and the right way to live.

Nothing will stand in your way if you walk wisely and you will not stumble when you run. [for your path will be clear and open].

Seize discipline; do not let go.

Cling to discipline.

Always remember what you have learned. Your education is your life--guard it well. Guard wisdom, because she is your life! (Proverbs 4:10-13) You will hear a voice behind you saying, Here is the road. Follow it. This is the way. Follow it, whether it turns to the right or to the left. This is the way; walk in it. (Isaiah 30:21) Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.

But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it. (Matthew 7:13-14) Jesus said to him, “I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life." No man comes to my Father but by me alone. (John 14:6)

For it is through Him that we both have a [direct] way of approach, are able to come in the one Spirit into the presence of the Father. (Ephesians 2:18)

In whom we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him [that is, our faith gives us sufficient courage to freely and openly approach God through Christ]. (Ephesians 3:12) Beloved, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have courage in God's presence,

and we receive from Him whatever we ask because we [carefully and consistently] keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight [habitually seeking to follow His plan for us]. This is His commandment, that we believe [with personal faith and confident trust] in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and [that we unselfishly] love and seek the best for one another, just as He commanded us.

The one who habitually keeps His commandments [obeying His word and following His precepts, abides and] remains in Him, and He in him. By this we know and have the proof that He [really] abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us [as a gift]. (1 John 3:21-24) Jesus answered him, Those who love me will do what I say; he will observe my word: he will keep my word; he will obey my word, and my My Father will love them, and we will go to them and make our home with them. (John 14:23)

And because you [really] are [His] sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying out, “Abba! Father! " (Galatians 4:6)
