The Gift of God

God who creates and sustains all life.

Anything you have in your life that is good, that brings joy, that gives life, is from God. Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of lights [the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens], in whom there is no variation [no rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [for He is perfect and never changes] ( James 1:17)

1)The gift of eternal life

2)The gift of the abundance of grace

3)The gift of righteousness.

Life is truly a gift from God. God is the Creator and Sustainer of all life.

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God [that is, His remarkable, overwhelming gift of grace to believers] is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23). Death is “living forever in hell,” while eternal life is “living forever in heaven." We should obey righteousness instead of our sinful desires, in part, because we now understand the consequences of sin. The sheep that are My own hear My voice and listen to Me; I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they will never, ever [by any means] perish; and no one will ever snatch them out of My hand. (John 10:27-28) He is the God who is unchanging, never altering in His character, never failing in His promises, and never ceasing in His goodness and love towards us. But the lovingkindness of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who [reverently] fear Him,

And His righteousness to children’s children,

To those who honor and keep His covenant,

And remember to do His commandments [imprinting His word on their hearts]. The LORD has established His throne in the heavens,

And His sovereignty rules over all [the universe].

Bless the LORD, you His angels,

You mighty ones who do His commandments,

Obeying the voice of His word!

Bless the LORD, all you His hosts,

You who serve Him and do His will.

Bless the LORD, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; Bless and affectionately praise the LORD, O my soul! ( Psalm 103:17-22)
