Sustainer and Rewarder

The earth is the LORD’S, and the fullness of it,

The world, and those who dwell in it.

For He has founded it upon the seas

And established it upon the streams and the rivers.

Who may ascend onto the mountain of the LORD?

And who may stand in His holy place?

He who has clean hands and a pure heart,

Who has not lifted up his soul to what is false,

Nor has sworn [oaths] deceitfully.

He shall receive a blessing from the LORD,

And righteousness from the God of his salvation.

This is the generation (description) of those who diligently seek Him and require Him as their greatest need. (Psalm 24:1-6)

I love those who love me; And those who seek me early and diligently will find me. (Proverbs 8:17) Our Father in heaven diligently seeking 'the true worshipers' through the Son, and the destination of the diligent seeker is God's throne, and his reward is God Himself. He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6)
