He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we would be a kind of firstfruits of His creation. (James 1:18)
In Him, you also, when you heard the word of truth, the good news of your salvation, and [as a result] believed in Him, were stamped with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit [the One promised by Christ] as owned and protected [by God]. (Ephesians 1:13)
The Spirit Himself testifies and confirms together with our spirit [assuring us] that we [believers] are children of God. (Romans 8:16)
It is He who has also put His seal on us [that is, He has appropriated us and certified us as His] and has given us the [Holy] Spirit in our hearts as a pledge [like a security deposit to guarantee the fulfillment of His promise of eternal life]. (2 Corinthians 1:22) And because you [really] are [His] sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying out, “Abba! Father!" (Galatians 4:6) Because of the truth which lives in our hearts and will be with us forever: Grace, mercy, and peace (inner calm, a sense of spiritual well-being) will be with us, from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, the Father’s Son, in truth and love. And this is love: that we walk in accordance with His commandments and are guided continually by His precepts. This is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, that you should [always] walk in love. (2 John 1:2-3,6)
Sanctify them in the truth [set them apart for Your purposes, make them holy]; Your word is truth. (John 17:17)
For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure. (Philippians 2:13)
Equip you with every good thing to carry out His will and strengthen you [making you complete and perfect as you ought to be], accomplishing in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen (Hebrews 13:21)
And God is able to make all grace [every favor and earthly blessing] come in abundance to you, so that you may always [under all circumstances, regardless of the need] have complete sufficiency in everything [being completely self-sufficient in Him], and have an abundance for every good work. (2 Corinthians 9:8)
For His divine power has bestowed on us [absolutely] everything necessary for [a dynamic spiritual] life and godliness, through true and personal knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. (2 Peter 1:3)
The sum of Your word is truth [the full meaning of all Your precepts], And every one of Your righteous ordinances endures forever. (Psalm 119:160)
I will put my Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My ordinances and do them. (Ezekiel 36:27)
The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever. (Isaiah 40:8)
