Having been deeply rooted [in Him] and now being continually built up in Him and [becoming increasingly more] established in your faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing in it with gratitude. (Colossians 2:7)Having deep roots comes from being spiritually nourished each day in His word.

As a tree is rooted in the soil and draws its sustainance from the soul and has its stability. Growing your spiritual roots is growing in relationship with God.

By immersing ourselves in His word. If God's words go into our minds, then God's words will come out in our life. His mindset is the one we all are to seek. Let the mind that is in Christ—the very thinking of Jesus—be your thinking also. (Philippians 2:5)

But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And on His law [His precepts and teachings] he [habitually] meditates day and night. (Psalm 1:2) But speaking the truth in love [in all things—both our speech and our lives expressing His truth], let us grow up in all things into Him [following His example] who is the Head—Christ. (Ephesians 4:15) Following Christ, who is the source of everything we do. Let your speech at all times be gracious and pleasant, seasoned with salt. (Colossians 4:6) You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has lost its taste (purpose), how can it be made salty. (Matthew 5:13)

Pleasant words are like a honeycomb,

Sweet and delightful to the soul and healing to the body. (Proverbs 16:24)

The word of God in itself is that very good medicine.

It will be health to your body [your marrow, your nerves, your sinews, your muscles—all your inner parts] And refreshment (physical well-being) to your bones. (Proverbs 3:8) A soothing tongue [speaking words that build up and encourage] is a tree of life,

But a perversive tongue [speaking words that overwhelm and depress] crushes the spirit. (Proverbs 15:4) Do not let unwholesome [foul, profane, worthless, vulgar] words ever come out of your mouth, but only such speech as is good for building up others, according to the need and the occasion, so that it will be a blessing to those who hear [you speak]. (Ephesians 4:29)

We can't allow ourselves to get tired of living the right way. Certainly, each of us will receive [everlasting life] at the proper time, if we don't give up. (Galatians 6:9) Just consider and meditate

"Faith of Hope in His Word"

I wait [patiently] for the LORD, my soul [expectantly] waits, And in His word do I hope. My soul waits for the Lord More than the watchmen for the morning; More than the watchmen for the morning. O Is
