Pleasing in His Sight

A deep desire to obey His word and commandments and please Him above all things. Out of the fear of God is the respect, awe and love we have for God. By respecting and reverencing God than actual fear. Fearing God is knowing God, you will walk in confidence in your relationship with God and our ministry from God.

But just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel [that tells the good news of salvation through faith in Christ], so we speak, not as [if we were trying] to please people [to gain power and popularity], but to please God who examines our hearts [expecting our best]. (1Thessalonians 2 4) Therefore, whether we are at home [on earth] or away from home [and with Him], it is our [constant] ambition to be pleasing to Him. (2Corinthians 5:9)

May God equip you with every good thing to carry out His will and strengthen you [complete and perfect as you ought to be], accomplishing in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen (Hebrews 13:21) And we receive from Him whatever we ask because we [carefully and consistently] keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight [habitually seeking to follow His plan for us. (1John 3:22)
