God Bless Your Heart

Never repay anyone evil for evil. Take thought for what is right and gracious and proper in the sight of everyone. If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave the way open for God’s wrath [and His judicial righteousness]; for it is written [in Scripture], “VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY,” says the Lord. "BUT IF YOUR ENEMY IS HUNGRY, FEED HIM; IF HE IS THIRSTY, GIVE HIM A DRINK; FOR BY DOING THIS YOU WILL HEAP BURNING COALS ON HIS HEAD.” Do not be overcome and conquered by evil, but overcome evil with good. (Romans 12:17-21) See that none of you render evil for evil,

Don't be hateful to people, just because they are hateful to you; but always seek opportunities of doing good both to one another and to all the world. (1 Thessalonians 5:15)

Do not say, I'll treat him as he treated me. I'll pay him back for what he has done to me. (Proverbs 24:29) So then, in everything treat others the same way you want them to treat you, for this is [the essence of] the Law and the [writings of the] Prophets. (Matthew 7:12)

You are doing right if you obey this law from the highest authority: Love your neighbor as you love yourself. (James 2:8)

Owe nothing to anyone except to love and seek the best for one another; for he who [unselfishly] loves his neighbor has fulfilled the [essence of the] law [relating to one’s fellowman]. (Romans 13:8) If you [only] love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them.

If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. (Luke 6:32-33) So then, while we [as individual believers] have the opportunity, let us do good to all people [not only being helpful, but also doing that which promotes their spiritual well-being], and especially [be a blessing] to those of the household of faith (born-again believers). (Galatians 6:10)

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, knowing that ye are called to this, giving a blessing in return, because a blessing is what you have been called by God to inherit.
