Confident Peace and Trust

In peace [and with a tranquil heart] I will both lie down and sleep, For You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety and confident trust. (Psalm 4:8)

The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things [in daily life], and the God [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you. (Phillippians 4:9)

But whoever listens to me (Wisdom) will live securely and in confident trust And will be at ease, without fear or dread of evil. (Proverbs 1:33)

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control]. (2 Timothy 1:7)
