'Walk as a Child of Light"

May He grant you out of the riches of His glory, to be strengthened and spiritually energized with power through His Spirit in your inner self, [indwelling your innermost being and personality,

so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through your faith. And may you, having been [deeply] rooted and [securely] grounded in love,

be fully capable of comprehending with all the saints (God’s people) the width and length and height and depth of His love [fully experiencing that amazing, endless love];

and [that you may come] to know [practically, through personal experience] the love of Christ which far surpasses [mere] knowledge [without experience], that you may be filled up [throughout your being] to all the fullness of God [so that you may have the richest experience of God’s presence in your lives, completely filled and flooded with God Himself]. (Ephesians 3:16-19) Experiencing your loyal love is better than life itself, my lips will praise you.

So will I bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. (Psalm 63:3-4) Let everything you do be done in love [motivated and inspired by God’s love for us]. (1 Corinthians 16:14) Walk as children of Light [live as those who are native-born to the Light]. (Ephesians 5:8)

Be imitators of God,

Be ye therefore followers of God,

Follow God’s example, [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father];

Walk continually in love;

Let love be your guide;

Your life must be controlled by love; Christ also has loved us and has given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet example. (Ephesians 5:1-2)

See what an incredible quality of love the Father has shown to us, The Father has given us his love. He loves us so much that we are actually called God's dear children. And that's what we are. For this reason the world does not recognize us--because it has not known Him. (1 John 3:1)

For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons and daughters of God. (Romans 8:14) Live by the [Holy] Spirit, we must also walk by the Spirit [with personal integrity, godly character, and moral courage—our conduct empowered by the Holy Spirit]. (Galatians 5:25) Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, live and act in vital union with Him; walk in [union with] Him [reflecting His character in the things you do and say. (Colossians 2:6)

I lead in the way of righteousness,

In a path of righteousness I cause to walk,

I always do what is right. (Proverbs 8:20)

He will guide the humble people to do what is right, He will teach the humble his way. (Psalm 25:9)

But He gives us more and more grace through the power of the Holy Spirit. Wherefore the scripture saith, God resisteth the proud but [continually] GIVES [the gift of] GRACE TO THE HUMBLE. (James 4:6) A person’s pride will humble him, but he that is of a humble spirit shall obtain honour. (Proverbs 29:23) For by the grace [of God] given to me I say to everyone of you not to think more highly of himself [and of his importance and ability] than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has apportioned to each a degree of faith [and a purpose designed for service]. (Romans 12:3)

Yet grace [God’s undeserved favor] was given to each one of us [not indiscriminately, but in different ways] in proportion to the measure of Christ’s [rich and abundant] gift. (Ephesians 4:7)

For out of His fullness [the superabundance of His grace and truth] we have all received grace upon grace [spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing, favor upon favor, and gift heaped upon gift]. (John 1:16)
